Looking after your hands and nails

ITs Autumn in Australia now.......and its very dry here when the weather is cold.

My hands are dry and they constantly need moisture and protection.

These are what i use to keep my hands moisturised and comfortable.

Loccitane Shea butter handcream and Cuticle and nail cream

Now the handcream is the best one i have ever used! So moisturising yet not greasy! It might be a bit thick for some people, but u get used to it very quickly. The scent isnt over powering, its soothing and relaxing! It has the slight creamy milky scent to it!

The cutical cream is my other holy grail product! It honestly makes my cutical less dry , u just have to remember to apply it twice a day! IT Contains Shea Butter, anti-oxidizing carrot oil, softening honey and anti-bacterial myrrh essential oil. Smooth over cuticles and nails before manicuring, to improve the appearance of hands!!!!!!

Pls also use a sunscreen for your hands before u go out. I havent found a good handcream with sunscreen yet. I just normall use my facial sunscreen.

I do masks and exfoliation for my hands once a week too, just use ur facial scrubs and masks.

Girls force themselves to throw up just to be skinny?

Att to all beautiful girls out there......

I found out today a few of my gfs often force themselves to throw up everytime after they eat....

This is something seriously too cruel to do to ur own body........

You may think the result of throwing up all the food is to get a slim body......but the result is only temporary........ but the risks you take are tremendous!!

Everytime you throw up.....the acid from your stomach damages your esophagus.... u may end up having esophageal cancer. U are also harming your body at the same time because u basically throw up all your nutritions and vitamins from ur food... your health will deterioate and your body will slowly be weaker..... it also encourages teeth decay, bad breath etc..

Bullmia may also result... and yes u can die from it.........!!!!!!!!!!!

anywayz.. i hope the above reasons are good enough to motivate you from throwing up........

its a stupid action that is only harmful and cruel.........pls dont do it anymore..

I realise we girls are constantly very conscious of our body images..... looks ...... there are more healthier ways to change your looks ...eg exercise and good diet.. u dont need to turn to such nasty short cut ....... life is short after all.. enjoy the beautiful food while u can......being able to enjoy food is a wonderul pleasure......just watch ur diet... and eat healthy!
